Vinyl Pressing!

So we got all the files back from our masterer and everything is sent to the vinyl press. Unfortunately for all of us, the stupid "supply chain issues" are killing us on the time frame. We have been quoted a press date A YEAR FROM NOW! Brutal... Obviously, we could've gotten everything much faster had we just stuck to plain old BLACK vinyl. But that is not the way we roll! Expect some tasty vinyl coming at you (yes, a year from now. Shut up). The main reason for the super long delay in the vinyl pressing of Sacred Psalms for the Lowered, is because we wanted WAX MAGE! If you're not familiar, check out this sick shit. This guy creates some serious works of art with a bunch of plastic. Hey Kids! We have the best news possible! All of the songs for Sacred Psalms for the Lowered have been sent to our AMAZING mastering engineer, George Konings from Worldwide Mastering. After over a year of writing, composing, mixing, re-mixing, and re-re-re-mixing, it's finally out of our hands. What a weird feeling!? Why (one might ask) would we give up control after being the only one having fingers on every single aspect of every freakin' second of this album? Sure, Abyssino could probably master this himself, but one thing has become perilously clear: that guy is totally deaf in about 50 different frequencies! When people say, "It hurt my ears," then you know you're screwing it all up. Or at least not hearing how nasty frequencies ring out of nowhere wrecking the whole experience. Hey cats and kitlings! Here it is the first crack a video posted up on Youtube. If you're as excited to check it out as we are to make it for you, Go to the Creepygirl page. Keep in mind, this is only a lyric video just so you can figure out what we are saying. Eventually all the songs will get lyric videos and possibly official videos when we get around to everything. So far, everything has been done by us without anyone's help and we'd like to keep it that way as long as we can to have creative control for as long as we can. An album title has been chosen!

After about a year of slowly chipping away at writing and recording, there are finally enough songs (actually three too many) to release an entire full-length album. The name of this forthcoming album will be... Sacred Psalms for the Lowered This album will cover all aspects of the human condition, but mostly love, lust, desire, death, and kittens. It's an introduction to your newest, favoritest band, but it won't be the final chapter! There are lyrics for about another hundred songs, but given the slow and meticulous nature of how the music is written and recorded, album number two is written, but it's a while away. Also, the release schedule is pretty boned by the supply chain issues. The CD's will be easy to come by and, once ordered, will only take about a month or less to have ready for mailing.
